its totally okay to be friends with yer exs im pretty much freinds with all of them even the ones that are in new relationships. If your guna get jealous if he talks to other girls more a less dates them then i dont think itz a good idea.

It's sad to say, that often after a relationship, you can't still be friends. It maybe too hard for him to see you happy without him - and beign friends might make him miss you even more. i'd say, back off for a while and just say a quick hello when you see him. he might be ready to forgive and forget one day.

well, when my boyfriend and i broke up, he said he still wanted to be friends. Before him and i went out, we were best friends, kinda like brother nd sister, nd then we went out finally, and after 3 weeks, on that day of 3 weeks, he broke up with me.. Then said he still wanted to be friends... Being friends with an ex takes a lot of time. dont push it on him. If he really cares about you, he'll be your friend. But let him get over you first. Either he'll move on and find someone else, or get over it and be your friend. Everything takes time. dont fret on it too much

i think you can be friends, i dont see why not. But, dont give him any hints you wanna be more, if you really arnt lookin for that. Becuz if u hurt him, he may be wantin you bak deep down insidee, but just gove him sometime. it can be difficult, for him. but, i say being friends, would prolly do u both good.

i think u can be friends but u have to have been really close and really cared for each other. don't push him to be friends or u will really loose him for sure. he will come around if he really cares for u. my ex comes to me when he is upset to talk. he says i am the only one he wants to talk to.
