Should I kiss my ex one last time?

How do I get my ex-boyfriend outta my system for real??? I am thinking about making out with him one last time and then saying bon voyage.

Dear Emo Prish,

No, no, no! Kissing your ex is bad, especially if you’re trying to get over him. All it’ll do is make you want him back (assuming, of course, that he doesn't suck at kissing).

If you really want to get over him, you’ll need to keep your distance for a while. Hang out with your friends more, spend more time doing hobbies and playing sports...and if you catch yourself daydreaming about giving your ex a big smooch, snap yourself out of it.

It’ll be tough - but if you don’t want to be hooked on him forever, it’s gotta be done.

for you i would say no but me i wish i could still kiss mine cause we dated for 6 months and 4 months was private cause my parents hated him but over the summer he stayed at his dads and i never saw him till the 1st day of school cause he moved and we never kissed scine june 20th and i almost did on aug 10 but he didnt and on aug 12 the thrid day of school we broke up and i still wish i got aleast one kiss from him before we broke up

absolutely not . in fact, kissing him will result in one of two things: he will fall for you and try to get back together (which is counter productive). or he will kiss you without actually 'feeling' anything. and you will end up feeling used. don't do it :]

"all those other ones before this one weren't the last one but this one is..." and u'll keep going until u get hurt somehow. oh, and did u ever think that maybe he doesn't want to make out with u again???

dont..if u do it one time you'll do it all the time. i dated my boo for 2 years. then we broke up an i stayed kissin him. this was in september. we still talk an hookup everyday. its no good cuz we're forever unofficial and he thinks he can do anything he wants.
