I agree this decision depends on how u feel about him. I understand him and i also understand u. I've been in both positions. Give him some time, if after a while nothin happens u will decide on whether u want to keep waiting or try to move on. If u want to wait longer try to back off a little and talk to other guys too that way he will see he is not the only ''fish in the sea'' n he will think about wt he truly wants. who knows he might decide to ask u out!

I believe this forward based answer is very incorrect. Your decision should be based upon your feelings towards this guy, not towards "The Advice Girl". The guy claimed that he isn't sure if he wants to get back into dating, possibly due to some previous encounter with the word "love", or maybe he's just going through a lot in his life. You said your feelings are mutual, and you both really like each other. In my opinion, if you really like him, you'll respond in a understanding, but open way about it. Tell him you understand his view, and ask him if he wants to talk about why he feels this way, then ask him the chances of possibly pursuing something in the future. You don't pass someone that you have feelings for so quickly just because something doesn't go right on one side of the relationship. That's shallow, and very close-minded.
