Should I wait around for my crush?

Dear Advice Girl,

I’ve been talking to this specific guy for half a year, and things were going slow but good. Now he started talking to this other girl and he likes her so much that he ended things with me.

She's moving to a different state in a couple of months, and he asked me if I’d still be around once she left. I'm so mad at him for making me seem like a rebound! I still like him so much, though. Should I wait? Would he really be worth it?

If a guy puts you on hold so he can fool around with another girl, then expects you to wait around for him like a lovesick puppy dog, then NO, HE'S NEVER WORTH IT.

You know all the reasons why you like him? Like how he’s cute, he makes you laugh, and his teeth are all in a straight line? Well, all of those combined can’t cancel out the fact that he’s a jerk. (By the way, if you think about it, he really isn’t all that cute. Still popping the collar in 2007? Does anyone really still do that anymore?) Get over him, and quick.
