Well what exactly does he mean by "vampire" cuz there are people at my school who are really turned on by the taste and look of blood and they have actually gone to parties and made eachother bleed like on thier necks and literally drink it. so this could be what he means, so just ask if he's turned on or attracted to blood or does he mean like a real vampire like you see on TV. if he i just attracted to blood then it IS common, but if he thinks he's a vampire like on TV, well he may have some mental issues....
