i agree i've told a guy i really cared bout that i liked him and even though he liked me i found out later on it freaked him out and he thought i was clingy and obsessve... so just take it slow and dont rush into anything you have plenty of time to find true love...

Well depending on who the guy is will make a difference. If the guy is your friend try having a very nice convo. wit him and ask if there is anything between you, if not then don't say you like him. If he is a stranger start talking to him a lot and be flirty maybe after you guys become good friends do the same thing as a regular friend. If he's a total stranger and you don't think you can become good friends then maybe it wasn't meant 2 be and things should be kept a secret. Just make sure if you're going 2 tell that guy you like him make sure its the absolute right thing to do and make sure you won't regret it!! =)
