Do guys feel uncomfortable if you tell them you like them straight up?

Well, not if you're already dating them. In that case, they expect you to say it (or at least they'd better).

But don't just tell a random guy you like him. Even if he sorta likes you back, you'll be putting him on the spot. There's a chance he'll be too nervous to admit his feelings for you, and then he'll start acting all awkward around you, and by then you've missed your shot.

Instead, give him clear hints that you like him. As in, you know, flirt with him and ask him to hang out one-on-one. He'll get the idea without the awkward confrontation.
