All these guys are starting to like me!

Dear Advice Girl,

I have a great boyfriend. But for some reason, other guys are starting to like me...I don’t know if I’m prettier or what. And now my ex started talking to me again after he completely ignored me for so long. And I think I might still love him. I've never forgotten the great times we've had.

I’m losing sleep over it and I don’t have much of an appetite anymore, and out of nowhere I’ll start crying. I don’t know what to do anymore :(

Okay, you need about ten different kinds of advice. But to simplify things, let’s just start with the basics:

Dump your boyfriend. It is not fair to date a guy while you’re dreaming of someone else. In fact, it’s not even fair to date him if you’re seriously that excited about other guys flirting with you. You’re not committed to your relationship and you’re going to end up breaking his heart. End it now before you cheat on him and things get way uglier.

Quit taking things so seriously. This is hard advice to follow, but please, try it out. Things aren’t so bad for you. You’ve got lots of people who like you, and with an attitude adjustment, you can start having fun again. Or at least start eating again.
