Am I a lesbian?

Dear Advice Girl,

I’m 16 years old and have had 2 boyfriends, one of whom I really think I loved. But I find girls’ bodies more attractive than guys’ bodies. When I think about kissing or dating a girl, however, I’m repulsed.

How do I know if I’m straight/lesbian/bi? Is there a surefire way of telling?

A lot of girls – even straight girls – think that girls’ bodies are more attractive than guys’ bodies. Come on – soft curves and smooth skin compared to no waist and lots of hair? No contest.

Don’t worry, you’re not a lesbian. You can’t be a lesbian unless you actually want to kiss a girl. Go back to kissing your boyfriends, and if you can, try to see the beauty in their bodies, too. (It’s there. I promise.)
