Well there is not too much to de here. But keeping him active and focused on the good things will keep him away from taking up cigarretes. While I reccomend nobody starts and everybody quits, I started a few months back and it is incredibly hard to quit for many people. And I would have to agree and disagree with hannahxhostel. Yes it is a waste of money especialy at upwards of $5 a pack, but it is very quickly evident of the health problems that it causes. I powerlift (competitive lifting) and I cannot lift as much weight after I smoke as I could if I hadn't. Ultimately it is up to him and he most likely wont start if he knows how you feel about the issue.

alright about what "musicdj" said no, if he starts smoking and doesnt stop it doesnt mean he doesnt care about you sometimes its addicting and its seriously not that bad just a waste of money
