How do I hide my big nose?

Dear Advice Girl,

My nose is really ugly, and I know it, and so does everyone else. I’m not allowed to have plastic surgery. How can I make my nose look smaller? It’s just that it’s really long and pointy and looks dumb from the side and ruins my appearance completely. How can I make it change it without makeup or plastic surgery?

Dear IDK,

Don’t try to cover up your nose, change it or hide it. Just try to own it. Have you ever heard Amy Winehouse, Sarah Michelle Gellar or Uma Thurman complain about their noses? No way. But have you noticed how big those schnozzes are? And how beautiful those women are anyway?

The most important thing you can ever wear is confidence. Put some on and it’ll instantly make you look hot. And all those things that you think are imperfections – like your nose, or your bod, or your freckles, or whatever – will end up being the coolest things about your look. (And if anyone says otherwise, then they’re pretty lame people.)
